Noor Kids

4x Average ROAS Achieved

A Harvard-supported Islamic education platform needed to scale their subscription business beyond word-of-mouth. Ekko Media built the paid media engine, managed their social community, and produced the content library to make it happen.

About Noor Kids

Noor Kids is a Harvard-supported educational organization dedicated to helping Muslim children build confidence in their faith and cultural identity. Through a subscription-based curriculum of books, activities, and digital content, they serve families across the United States and internationally.

Despite a world-class product and a passionate, loyal community, Noor Kids needed a systematic, high-performance digital acquisition model to grow beyond organic word-of-mouth and scale their monthly subscriptions and direct-to-consumer sales.

The challenge

Noor Kids had a mission-driven brand and a deeply loyal following, but their digital growth had plateaued. They needed to transition from a community-first, organic model to a high-performance, data-driven acquisition engine — one capable of consistently driving new subscriptions and DTC sales at scale.

The challenge was cultural as much as strategic: any growth strategy had to preserve the brand’s authentic voice and resonate with a specific, values-driven demographic. Generic advertising approaches would not work. Ekko Media Inc. built a three-pillar growth engine that honored the brand while delivering measurable results.

“Scaling our community without losing our voice was the challenge. Ekko Media understood both the numbers and the nuances.”

Ekko Media deployed a three-pillar growth strategy for Noor Kids. Pillar one was a full-funnel paid media approach on Meta and Google, laser-focused on Subscriber Acquisition Cost (SAC) and ROAS — targeting parents seeking Islamic education and character-building resources and consistently achieving 3x–4x ROAS.

Pillar two was a community-first social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, shifting from purely promotional content to value-driven posts, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts that deepened emotional connection with the Modern Muslim Parent demographic.

Pillar three was a professional studio production run: Ekko Media dispatched a full creative team to produce over 100 evergreen photo and video assets — working with real families to deliver authentic, human content that has continued to serve Noor Kids across ads, social, and their website long after the campaign ended.

“Ekko Media didn’t just run ads — they understood the cultural nuances of our audience and translated that into a visual language that converted.”
